For virtual classes, sign up just as you would pre-register for a normal class, and you’ll be sent the link to join the class. Please ensure that your account is opted in to receive Live Stream Class emails or you will not receive the link. You will receive an automatic email with the link to join class approximately 15 minutes before class begins, and if you have notifications enabled on the app, you will also get a notification on your device.
As of March 21, 2022, we are discontinuing sending recordings of hybrid classes after the livestream. We will continue to send recordings for our virtual-only classes (Kate’s Yoga for Balance and Mobility and Peter’s Wednesday Slow Flow). These recordings will be emailed to you in the evening and will be available for 24 hours. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.)
For in-person classes, we are limiting class size to 12 students. Advance registration is strictly required, and refunds will not be given in the event of a missed class or late cancellation because our space is so limited. Masks are optional unless noted in the class name, and proof of vaccination is required for all classes.
