UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

  • BENDING THE SPINE WORKSHOP

    Saturday April 4th, 2026

    1:30pm - 3:30pm

    Instructor: Zinnia S

    Investment: $55

In this workshop, we will focus on how to properly bend the spine! Learn how to safely and sustainably build your practice to include back bends such as Bow, Camel, and Wheel, and forward bends such as Rabbit and Standing Head to Knee. We will discuss proper muscle use and anatomy to prevent injury, breathing techniques, and nervous-system awareness, plus have plenty of time to warm-up, practice, and play! This workshop is appropriate for intermediate to advancing students with a basic foundation and a curiosity to build their practice.

  • CHAIR YOGA: BALANCE AND MOBILITY

    8- Week Series

    Every Wednesday - Starting 04.08.26

    9:30 - 10:15am

In this class, all balance and mobility work is done either seated in a chair or standing, allowing you to move with focus and confidence at a level that feels right for your body. This is a hybrid class.

Investment: $160 or $22 per class

  • INVERSIONS FOUNDATIONS: HEADSTAND AND SHOULDER STAND

    Satruday April 11th, 2026

    2:00pm - 3:30pm

    Instructor: Julia H.

    Investment: $45

We turn our attention to the “royalty” of asana: Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand). With a focus on cervical safety, shoulder stability, and thoughtful prop use, we’ll unpack the architecture of these postures step by step. Variations and prep shapes will be emphasized so that students build integrity before height. The aim is not to “get up,” but to understand the pose from the ground up.

This series is for curious practitioners ready to deepen their relationship with inversions—cultivating strength, patience, and a practice rooted in awareness rather than achievement..

  • EXPERIENCE THE HEALING OF CHAKRA ALIGNMENT VINYASA

    Saturday, April 25th + Sunday, April 26th

    2:00pm - 5:00pm

Instructor: Nancy Nomellini from Mother Yoga

Investment: $108 for the Series | $54 Per Session

Through a thoughtful blend of vinyasa, pranayama (breathwork), mantra, mudra, meditation, and yogic philosophy, this experience will guide students through the seven chakras—offering insight into how these energetic centers relate to the physical body, emotional well-being, and inner clarity.

Across two sessions, participants will not only learn the philosophy behind the chakra system but will also experience it through embodied practice. Each day will weave together movement, breath, and reflection to help students cultivate a deeper connection to their energy and inner landscape.

Students will leave with a grounded understanding of the chakras and practical tools they can integrate into their yoga practice and daily life.
