Workshops, Series, and Immersions

As we head into a month that often focuses on matters of the heart, join Allison Hardy and Fran Massari for an early-morning immersion focused on self-love and self-compassion. In this two-week series, we’ll explore how our daily choices support or go against the practice of self-love. Using The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, you will gain a deeper understanding, or an important reminder, of our how our day-to-day mindset affects ourselves and those around us.

All levels welcome. Explore as a refresher or gain tools to expand mindfulness, self-compassion, and stress reduction.

This two-week immersion will run M-F from 2/19 to 3/1, with a cost of $180. Register by 2/10 with code EARLYBIRD for a $10 discount. Auto-renew members get a 10% discount, and those using the students/seniors/veterans discount get $10 off. Email if you need the discount tag applied to your account.

Membership and multi-class card expiration dates can be frozen for the duration of the immersion. Email to request a freeze or extension.

Join us for a restorative sound bath and co-create a field of relaxation and inspiration.

Julia Francis is a Reiki-attuned sound healing practitioner whose voice and crystal alchemy bowls will bathe you in gentle frequencies as you lie on your mat and practice the art of receiving. The resonant sonic waves of the sound bath penetrate the body at a cellular level, aligning the energetic centers of the body. YoBe owner and restorative yoga instructor Elizabeth Dale will lead a relaxing, gentle movement practice to accompany the sound bath, aiding in stress reduction.

A life-long disciple of the vocal arts, Julia draws on her Celtic heritage, as well as her intensive study with shamanic practitioners and sound healers across the globe to help others understand and perceive the power of the unseen sonic world that surrounds us.

Sunday, Feb. 11 | 7:00 – 8:30 pm | $35

Often, typical yoga classes involve getting down on the floor and getting back up again…. and sometimes repeatedly through a whole class! This can prove challenging for folks who have taken a long break from activity or have mobility issues such as arthritis, disc degeneration, hip or knee replacement, size/weight, or general all-over-body creakiness from a life well lived.

In this virtual class with Kate Bradfield, we will do all of our balance and mobility work while either seated in a chair or standing. Be prepared to work in a focused way and bring the yoga practice to a level that is accessible to you. No one should feel intimidated or turned away from yoga. This practice is for everyone who wants to move and breathe and feel connected to self.

Tuesdays beginning Jan. 9 | 10:30 – 11:15 am | Individual classes for $15 eachRegister here

This workshop is typically offered monthly. Please email to be notified when the next session is open for registration.
