NEW TO YOGA?
Join an Intro to Yoga series and feel great! Learn the fundamentals and get started on the path of yoga to enhance your health and well being. This class is for you if you've never done yoga before or if you don't yet feel ready to venture into the ongoing classes. Peter will teach you the basics of simple postures and breath in a methodical way that safely builds your body awareness, strength, and mindfulness. This series will prepare you to enter our basics classes with confidence. All levels of fitness, flexibility, and athletic ability are welcome.
Next series will run 6/1 - 7/6, meeting on six consecutive Thursday evenings, 7:30–9pm.

$85 for the 6 class series
5 mornings a week for 2 or 4 weeks
$135 or $250, pre-registration is required with a 6-person minimum to run the class
Immersions are an empowering opportunity to make a deeper commitment to your practice and yourself. Immersions will be 2-4 weeks long, practicing early in the morning Monday through Friday, and each series will explore a unique theme or style. You will feel incredible starting every morning with the powerful practice of yoga. This is a series course not included in memberships. There are no drop-ins, so students will grow and strengthen together, having an opportunity to delve in to many aspects of yoga. You will be amazed at how you feel.
